Bunker Hill Capital is a private equity firm that makes control investments in lower middle market companies with typical enterprise values ranging between $30 million and $150 million. We invest across four primary sectors: Industrial Products, Business Services, Consumer Products, and Specialty Retail.Fund Accounting:• Prepare quarterly financial statements for limited partnership funds.• Prepare capital calls, distributions, and capital statements for funds.• Manage annual audit process with external auditors.• Prepare and post journal entries for funds including investment activity and realized and unrealized gain/loss.• Calculate IRRs and other investment performance metrics.Portfolio Company Analysis:• Partner with Managing Partners in quarterly equity and warrant valuation process.• Maintain valuation models and market comparisons.Management Company Accounting:• Support Managing Partner with establishing and monitoring budgets, forecasts, and other financial analysis. • Reconcile bank statements and project and manage cash flows for management company and funds.• Supervise and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions including preparation of bi-monthly check run and invoices for expense reimbursement from portfolio companies.• Prepare and post monthly journal entries including payroll and recurring entries.
