I began here as a Technical Recruiter and then moved into my current position as Lead Technical Recruiter from January 2015.I am currently leading the Software Engineering, Data and Test Team (Permanent), a recruitment team consisting of 5 experienced Technical Recruiters with a goal of hiring close to 100 Software Engineers across all technologies in 2016. Primary to my role, I am tasked with building this team (hopefully 10 by the end of 2016), helping maximise sales and delivery for our clients, ensuring close to 100% quality from our team, regular client engagement and relationship management as well as managing all Python, C++ and the odd irregular role here and there.

In Spark Recruitment I was focused on building Spark Recruitment's Application Development Recruitment vertical with clients and candidates.
