• Managed 6 different locations in Toronto, Newmarket, Whitby, and Ajax. Currently managing biggest store to date (12,000 ft2) in Ajax. Developed and led teams of up to 40 with 1 assistant store manager in each location.
• Ranked in the top 75 company-wide (top 10% out of 1,000 stores across Canada) for sales vs. budget every year since 2010. Ranked 2nd in the entire company for sales vs. plan in Q4 of last year.
• Averaged 110% of the annual sales plan since 2010 with an average year-over-year increase of 8%. Doubled that annual growth rate with a 17% increase in 2015.

Toronto, Canada Area

• Managed a store in Pickering from 2002 to 2004 before being promoted to a higher-volume, higher-profile location in Toronto. Led a team of 10 including 1 assistant store manager.
• Easily surpassed sales expectations in both stores every year, averaging 105% of the sales plan. Drove the Toronto location to a double-digit increase over LY in 2005.
• Appointed acting district manager by the VP for 7 months in 2005. Oversaw 5 additional stores while still managing the Toronto location. Increased district-wide sales 5% during that period.
• Selected by the president to support the rollout of a new POS system to all 102 stores in Canada. Trained all managers and associates; partnered with the developer to include gift card functionality within the system.
• Developed and mentored the assistant store manager who took over as store manager in Pickering.
