Working with Accelerate CIC, scoped, designed and built Accelerate's Intelligence Management System (AIMS), a full clinic management and intelligence system. AIMS semi-automatically manages Accelerate's Lymphoedema and Wound Care operation across its entire clinic and community activities in East London, whilst at the same time gathering clinical, activity and patient profiling intelligence in the process.

Responsible for Covalent's healthcare portfolio, work with Commissioner and Provider organisations across the healthcare sector to scope, design and implement performance-driven governance, risk and compliance solutions.Since joining Covalent, have gained a deep understanding of the Covalent system and how it is best deployed within an organisation. Using this knowledge, and working closely with healthcare organisations, have developed a suite of solutions that meet the operational requirements of different healthcare organisations, including CCGs, CSU’s and Provider organisations. These solutions now extend beyond healthcare organisations as local healthcare economies move towards partnership working with their local authority partners and other stakeholders.

Responsible for:- Mentoring new and existing Implementation Consultants to ensure quality delivery, customer satisfaction and the achievement of commercial milestones. - Working with customers' senior management teams to successfully implement GRC Solutions by delivering agreed success criteria and benefits.- Providing a responsive and high quality support service to existing customers, ensuring they gained maximum benefit from their systems.

Responsible for the full lifecycle delivery of multi-client project portfolio in excess of £1m. Projects focussed on the automatic processing and management of both incoming and outgoing documents that supported Line of Business applications.
