As a strong team player in the Enterprise business value unit, I and my team were involved in positioning & architecting enterprises solutions that included, storage, compute, intelligent data center & cyber security solutions.My roles included as an Enterprise value business unit – (EVBU) team member included • Help shape and scope customer and solution requirements through meetings, analysis, requirements workshops, customer visits, Use cases, and scenarios• Translate the requirements into architectures & solutions designs• Creates business case collateral and can create and cost solutions across the full end-user space including physical deployment and people, tools, and processes• Drives the technical certification and validation for all opportunities across customer’s solutions and architecture• Thinks and act strategically, anticipates future trends, and develops solution visions• Challenges existing processes to ensure the best solution for the customer• Maintains current understanding of technology, tools and toolsets in the industry• Autonomously able to work across regions and functions to achieve results with minimal supervision and input• Develops, maintains, and cultivates strong trusted and meaningful customer relationships at all levels, through a deep understanding of their key business issues• Present business case that outlines benefits & show value-add & cost savings• Interpreted customer business & technical requirements & translate them into IT services & solutions• Participated in tendering, quotations & presentation, persuasions & negotiation skills to achieve desired results needed for level of the audience that includes the CEO
