Strategic Planning:Provided staffing for the corporate strategic planning activities of Group Health, Inc,.which served as the initial workplan for the newly appointed CEO in 1986.Research Foundation Development:Coordinated the development of the Health Partners Research Foundation, along with developing grant proposals and obtaining funding from NIH, CDC and foundations for implementation of externally funded research which grew to $2 million of annual expenses.Managed the Continuing Care Department for home health care and long term care and for the Urgent Care Department for ER/urgent care services with documented savings of $5 million per year to the managed care organization.
