About John Porter

Proactive Talent Acquisition leader with significant experience working within fast paced organisations across a range of industry sectors. After spending the first 9 years of my career agency side managing in excess of 300 IT contractors, I have more recently delivered large scale contingent and permanent workforce transformation programmes in high pressured MSP, RPO and in house environments. With a strong track record of success and high levels of attention to detail, I am a personable, hands on, analytical and creative problem solver who thrives on delivering best in class talent solutions. Outside of work I have a passion for travelling and have been fortunate enough to see much of Asia, Australasia, the US, and the ski resorts of the French Alps. Closer to home, I am a keen golfer who is yet to manage to break into the promised land of a single figure handicap despite years of trying!
