I am leading the global transformation of our TA function, focusing on enhancing policy, process, governance, and technology to drive organisational effectiveness covering circa 30 countries across our EMEA, APAC and Americas regions. My role encompasses:Strategic Leadership: Spearheading the development and implementation of innovative TA strategies that align with business objectives, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Global Transformation: Overseeing the alignment of TA policies and processes to ensure they meet the diverse needs of our global workforce while enhancing candidate, hiring manager and recruiter experience and engagement.Governance and Compliance: Establishing robust governance frameworks and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks across all TA activities, promoting ethical recruitment practices.Technology Innovation: Leading the integration of advanced technology solutions and data analytics within the TA function (including a new ATS and Position Management solution), driving operational efficiency and providing actionable insights to enhance talent acquisition strategies.Collaboration and Partnership: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, external vendors and senior leadership to ensure alignment of talent acquisition initiatives with broader organisational goals, building strong partnerships to deliver exceptional talent solutions.

I was responsible for transforming and leading the overall Talent Acquisition operation at G.Network. This has included the implementation of a brand new function including the go live of a new MSP, RPO and ATS to support the hypergrowth of the business. I also led ongoing initiatives related to our recruitment and attraction strategy, EVP, candidate experience, diversity and inclusivity, workforce planning and operational effectiveness.

I led a team to strategically shape and deliver end to end recruitment solutions across Capgemini's UK and HMRC practices covering SAP, Digital, Oracle, Cloud Infrastructure and Workday skillsets. My remit included driving direct sourcing and reducing time to hire as well as providing the business with end to end recruitment best practice and regular market and competitor analysis. I also worked closely with senior stakeholders and heads of practice on demand planning, EVP and key talent attraction initiatives including event management and promotion of diversity and inclusion strategies.

Strategic interim in house role to help shape, develop and deliver the resourcing strategy within the Business Development and Project Management functions at Qinetiq. I worked in partnership with the onsite RPO and senior stakeholders to transform and implement a new selection and assessment process.to attract and deploy best of breed talent within the business. In addition I managed the end to end recruitment for Vivace, a private sector organisation led by QinetiQ, who lead a consortium of companies to deliver solutions to the Police and wider law enforcement agencies

Headhunted by the CEO of a start up, my role was to set up a Recruitment function for the Group covering individual hires as well as the acquisition of small insurance, investment, pension and mortgage brokerages. In addition, my remit was to deliver operational guidance to all departments including Sales, I.T. and Marketing by devising methods to improve business performance. A key part of my role was to partner with hiring managers to produce recruitment material where none previously existed including producing interview packs, resource planning & talent pooling as well as reporting, hands on sourcing and interviewing.

Working in partnership for an MSP and RPO provider to one of the worlds largest Defence companies, I managed the end to end contract and permanent recruitment across several business units of Lockheed Martin's UK operation. I was responsible for a over 150 contractors as well as up to 60 permanent vacancies at any time across IT, Engineering, HR, Finance and Procurement disciplines.A key part of my role was to upskill the team in contractor legislation and best practice, review contractor agreements and overtime rates, and manage a project to convert long term contractors to permanent roles.

I managed the hands on delivery of specialist IT and Business facing contract and permanent resources into a portfolio of large clients within the Corporate Services division at ARM. This included account, operational Management and growth of our largest client (British Gas/Centrica), where I oversaw 300 contract resources at peak as well as over 100 permanent hires. In addition to this, I won, developed and managed other Accounts within the Telecomms, Utility, Financial Services, Consultancy, Transport and Retail sectors.I was also responsible for line and operational management of a team of experienced Consultants to facilitate growth specifically to our Utility clients within my portfolio.
