Growing out of my advisor role with Keep Network and my involvement as a Keep staker since inception, I have been involved with Threshold since its historic on-chain protocol merger (of Keep and Nucypher) on January 1, 2022. The author of numerous successful Threshold Improvement Proposals, I helped form our guild system, led the restructuring of the Marketing Guild's oversight and operations a year later, and participate in DAO governance and lead high-impact operations such as aligning stakeholders on the need for a Threshold Foundation, setting it up and coordinating token holder governance with foundation actions.Active contributor to DAO discussions on product development & positioning for Threshold's products: tBTC, thUSD and TACo.

Smart Hotel Rate was a valiant effort to bring the efficiency, accuracy and transformative benefits of blockchain to managed travel. On the way to a potentially game-changing use of smart contracts to add truly dynamic performance-based pricing to negotiated hotel rates, we invented and served corporate and TMC customers with an application that addressed the $14 billion hotels overcharge their corporate customers annually. Smart Hotel Rate successfully compared every booking in real time to negotiated rates, showed exactly how much was overcharged (typically 20-25% of bookings, with rates up to 300% higher than contract) and provided the data required to correct both the individual booking prior to traveler arrival, as well as the underlying issue. While we were unable to develop a sustainable business model before funding ran out (half of our 4 years were during Covid's near shutdown of business travel), we benefitted from the tremendous vision and support from Joe Lubin and ConsenSys, and the core technology remains available for licensing.

Joined ConsenSys - the most exciting and empowering company and group of people I've ever worked with - as a back-end developer, co-founded a loyalty points project for small business, supported the company's managed travel needs (including a legendary company-wide retreat in Portugal) and co-founded Smart Hotel Rate, which spun out as an independent company in June 2020 with additional funding from ConsenSys Mesh.

Contributed to growth of one of the best turnaround stories of the dot-com era by driving revenue and helping build a leading consumer financial brand through content marketing with co-branded partners (Yahoo!, AOL, MSN, plus news & financial verticals).
