Research, development, and design of new courses in the field of criminal justice, homeland security, and emergency management.

Research, development, and public speaking in relation to the psychological and social dynamics relating to: school violence, mass school violence, rampage violence, mass murder/violence, single and multiple actor violence, media violence, the symbiotic relationship of media and violence, domestic and international terrorism, law enforcement response to issues of mass murder/violence, rampage violence, and media management during crisis events.

Lead the transition and resdesign of the universities public safety, homeland security, and emergency management programs into a singular combined criminal justice program. This entailed the redesign of existing courses, development of new courses, and receiving approval for the program to utilize cross over courses in partnership with the schools of education, sociology, psychology, and IT. I have also remained the programs lead relative program textbooks and their subject mater expert relative to nationwide P.O.S.T. and State Criminal Justice Training Commission requirments and standards.

Subject matter expert and adjunct instructor releative to courses taught in the criminal justice field.

Member of the AFM and independent artist wotking in studio, live, and touring events. Musical genres include: Jazz, Blues, Classical Concert, Rock, Funk, Heavy Metal. Instructional services were based around entry level beginning drummers and precussionists relative to sight reading, basic rudiments, and basic rythhm patterns. This instruction covered the range of individual snare drum to single and double bass drum kits.

Responsible for all state P.O.S.T. required training and certification documentation for the department.

Conducted system wide administrative disciplinary hearings for the countys 31 schools and 23,000+ students. Served as the systems direct liasion to the adult and juveniles justice systems. Ensured that all students regardless of race, ethnicity, or socioeconomic status received their rights to due process and fair disciplinary outcomes in accordance with the rules, policies, and procedures set forth by the Board of education, the state of Georgia, and federal laws relative to IDEA and 504. Oversaw an average of 400+ cases per year over an 8 year peiord without a successful state appleal.

Served as the founding criminal justice faculty member for the Strayer University - Augusta location. Subject matter expert in all areas ofcriminal justice, homealnd security, and emergency management.

Served as shift suervisor and principle investigator for the department. Researched, developed, created, and produced the departments street-book, develoed and implemented the epartments first field training officer program.

Supervised 30+ officers/deputies, founded the departments bicycle unit, co-founded the departments honor guard program, designed both the cerimonial uniform and custom embroidered emblem for the program, supervised its 12 officer/deputy team, and served as custodian of the teams M-16 armory. Conducted daily personnel briefings, created personnel schedules, inspected reports for legality and accuracy, took both diciplinary action and made superior service recomendations when warranted, served as firearms and specialized firearms instructor, armorer, hand-to-hand combat instructor, as well as instructor for multiple other subject related topics as required by the department and state required annual P.O.S.T. required training.
