As a student at A&M, I have been pushed harder academically and have gladly accepted the challenge, of learning about things I am very passionate about. I received the Dean's Honor Roll for the spring and fall of 2023 and currently have a 3.93 GPA. I have met so many great people who embody the Aggie spirit so well in college and daily life. I love learning new things and always do everything to the best of my ability. I believe in the saying "The way you do anything, is the way you do everything" - Tom Waits. I have traveled quite a bit in my lifetime, which gives me a unique perspective on situations, people, and solutions. This is evident with one of the minors I chose, where I get to study different people, cultures, and religions. My life experiences have made me a caring, team-focused, empathetic, organized, leader and team player.I developed many leadership skills because of the caring and growth-focused company I worked with. I am so blessed to have worked at a people-first company that offers plenty of opportunity for growth and for going to a school with an infectious culture and challenging classes!It was vital that people felt safe coming to me as a manager. I wanted to serve my employees well so they could serve the customers well. I got to develop my customer service skills over the 4 years and now feel confident in my ability to problem solve and keep the guest satisfied. I was also a certified trainer, helping people adapt to the fast-paced and complicated job, as well as prioritizing the caring culture. This taught me patience, kindness, and effective communication. As an assistant in HR, I was very involved in hiring people, including interviewing people and making final decisions on whom to hire.
