Revitalized flagship property by realigning target audience, feeder markets and brand positioning to improve revenue performance. Created a branding story for the Hilton Tapestry property in accordance with Hilton Corporate. Generated qualified business leads for three major New England events centers. Developed an online marketing tracking system to report monthly performance. Managed outside digital marketing firm to align with property strategies to generate brand awareness, leads, traffic and revenue.

Leveraging my leadership skills and industry knowledge, I led an internal marketing team, a group of brand ambassadors, and a NY ad agency. My oversight of digital enterprises, graphic design and creative development positioned 5 Wits as a leading entertainment destination with locations in MA, NY, PA and VA.
