I analyzed and developed a deep understanding of the market, then put together focused, clear goals and the steps to reach them.Since we did not have a reputation in this sector, it was critical to build trust and branding. Managing the marketing budget for peak efficiency, I funded capital markets research, hosted financial technology industry forums, and spoke on numerous panels on low latency trading.Equally important was to hire and develop a high-performing team.
