With so much possibility, would you like to help make the world a better place?.www.lyten.comSenior Engineering Recruiter* Managing full-cycle recruitment in the areas of Battery Engineering, Sensor Engineering and Materials Engineering* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and actively translate that into a recruiting plan* Establish recruitment strategies and procedures to target top talent through various sourcing channels, market intelligence and candidate intelligence* Responsible for providing an excellent candidate experience throughout process* Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with hiring managers and internal & external business partners* Partners with HR to conduct supervisor training on recruitment process and interviewing practices. Coaches supervisors on hiring procedures throughout the process.* Brand ambassador as well developing and utilizing DEI strategies to attract diverse candidate pool
