With over 5 years of work experience in various fields of marketing, I am a creative problem solver who thrives on finding innovative solutions for complex challenges. I am passionate about using artificial intelligence and machine learning to enhance customer experience, optimize business processes, and generate insights. Currently, I am a GPO Account Manager at Catholic Community Connection, where I manage a portfolio of over 100 accounts and coordinate the communication and information flow of over 2500 available vendors. I also pursue my interest in web development and graphic design as a Creative Director for my own e-commerce business.In my current role as a GPO Account Manager, I leverage my skills in negotiation, research, and data analysis to provide best value prices and best practice procedures for end users. I also use my creativity and technical skills to develop and maintain the website and create engaging email and print marketing materials. Previously, I worked as a Marketing and Fulfillment Assistant at Tall T Productions, where I was responsible for daily order fulfillment, social media strategy, product management, and photography. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, which is why I also recently completed a certification in artificial intelligence and machine learning from The Ohio State University (EdX).
