Analyzed and reported the development of other companies from startup to post IPO to advise Seedlink’s short and long term planning such as: growth goals Seedlink needed to achieved, required changes, and targets for future investing rounds.

Worked in the Project Management Office (PMO) developing a more sophisticated, versatile, and informative expense tracker and budget planer to be made the new standard for PwC China projects. Acquired an advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel. Trained PwC management and project teams on the new tracker. Discovered errors in previous trackers, saving the project roughly $40,000. Also assisted the PwC PMO by conducting research on their various aerospace clients, and presenting that information to project managers.

Assisted the Human Resources and Organizational Change Management (OCM) teams on a major business transformation project for a nuclear fleet operating company in mainland China.
