I started as an E-Commerce intern on October 2018 at Smartfuture Tech Inc and eventually became a part-time Assistant E-commerce Associate on January 2019 until May 2019. Working with Smartfuture helped me enhanced my skills and knowledge in marketing and management. I also learned how to create and execute online promotional materials effectively and perform customer services appropriately. As an Associate E-Commerce Associate, I learned how very important it is to be more proactive and up-to-date since the market is gradually changing.Being a Language Assessor proved that learning new set of skills is possible. I got to be more effective in communicating. I also learned how to build harmonious relationships with my colleagues in order to efficiently do the tasks given.
