Founded and established in 2015 by its CEO Christian who started as a virtual assistant for a real estate firm in the US that tasked him to create and manage a team of virtual assistants to work on a project for a lead generation campaign. Gateway Outsourcing started out by specializing in lead generation services through cold calling for Insurance and Real Estate professionals. Two years after, the company added to its service offerings other types of virtual assistant services such as executive assistance, bookkeeping, customer service and other related services. Planning Coordinator(Fujitrans Logistic/Mitsubishi Motor PH)  Performs weekly detailed inventory analysis to determine production needs. Develops and prioritizes the production schedule which details all special product requirements (.i.e., grade, input material) needed to meet customer requirements.  Assumes production planning responsibilities, as needed, in Customer Service and Production Planning Manager’s absence. Answering telephone calls & responding to general inquiries Provides administrative support to production planning process Verifies input material need and availability for all production requirements Coordinates transportation for all outbound/inbound transfer with truckload carriers. Posts and matches all transfers to outside distribution warehouses
