Thriving over the last 10 years in the lifting industry, I have developed knowledge and expertise incorporating both engineering and sales/customer service skills. I believe my wealth of knowledge within the sector would be an asset to any company that utilises lifting equipment. My greatest strength is customer service, which has been crucial to winning business and ensuring customer satisfaction. I also bring creativity to identify and implement ideas both for the business and customers. I am a loyal, positive and enthusiastic person who is courteous, well-mannered and well respected throughout the sectors of industries I have worked in. Throughout my roles I have always created a comfortable working atmosphere with a professional attitude, sense of humour and an approachable personality. I work well with colleagues and can lead a team or follow direction accordingly to achieve an efficient and effective work rate.I've also been a volunteer for midlands based charity that provided under privileged children with the chance of a holiday and the carers an opportunity for resting. I have enjoyed 5 years being part of BYV Adventure Camps and provided such roles as volunteer, driver and day group leader. these roles were often demanding but incredibly rewarding and it is very much missed.
