Responsible for the Operations of Air Liquide’s Mississippi River Pipeline system. The MRPL industrial gas pipeline network is comprised of over 250 miles of oxygen and nitrogen pipelines, spanning from South New Orleans to North Baton Rouge, with multiple river crossings. This pipeline system contains Air Liquide facilities at eight geographic locations with numerous plants that produce Oxygen, Nitrogen, Argon, Electricity, Steam, and utility waters for all of Air Liquide's customers in the region. Directly supervises a team of Plant and Operations Managers, and indirectly manage a team of 130+ Air Liquide operations and maintenance team employees.

February 2023 - Present, Plant Manager Geismar ASU and Cogen - Responsible for the safe, efficient, reliable operations of the Air Liquide Geismar facility, currently with three 1500 TPD ASUs with medical and food grade product truck loading, an additional 2500 TPD ASU in construction, and a GE Frame 7EA Gas Turbine Generator with Heat Recovery Steam Generator. Will be the largest volume oxygen producing facility in North America when the 4th ASU comes online. Manage upwards of 25 employees and contractors, and a $240MM+ P&L. Adept in CGMP, Food Safety, Responsible Care standards, Environmental, and Safety regulations as well as Operations and Maintenance. Review all changes for the facility through the Management Of Change process, including conducting process hazard analysis, accident risk assessments and pre start-up safety reviews prior to commissioning of new equipment or the start-up of existing equipment after completion of major maintenance or changes.April 2017 - May 2023, Plant Manager ALGUS - Responsible for the safe, efficient, reliable operations of the Air Liquide Geismar Utilities Services facility, providing water, steam, and electrical distribution utilities, critical for the operations of the entire Geismar Industrial Complex (Westlake, Methanex, Hunstman Rubicon, Hexion, Chevron REG, Lion Elastomers, Kinder Morgan, Air Liquide ASU-Cogen, Linde, and Air Products). Manage upwards of 25 employees and contractors, and a $75MM+ P&L. Developed a long term reliability strategy that was used as the basis for capital approval of a $50MM+ facility re-life and expansion project.
