In my role as Interim Commissioning Manager at BCP Council, I led a major project with a budget of £35 million to implement a new supported living framework for individuals with learning disabilities, mental ill health, and autism. I analyzed and reviewed existing systems to identify areas for improvement and efficiency, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and positive outcomes.

In my role at Liverpool City Council, I provided strategic commissioning and contract management support for carer services, home care, reablement, and extra care provision. I led the implementation of an All-Age Neurodiversity Strategy & Plan with a priority focus on transitions into adulthood for people with Autism and ADHD. Additionally, I spearheaded a major multi-million-pound capital project for the development of a new extra care scheme and a new £40 million home care and extra care framework.

As a Senior Commissioner at the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames, I was responsible for integrating health and social care services for children and adults in Southwest London. By allocating finite resources effectively, I ensured maximum impact and improved outcomes for the community.

In my role as a Strategic Commissioning Consultant at Inglis Consulting Group, I led cross-sector projects to improve outcomes for children with SEND. I developed key strategies and partnerships with schools to provide essential support for children with special needs.
