Demonstrate value through qualitative/quantitative metric/KPI tracking & branded reporting aligned with key objectives.*Build/reconfigure medical affairs team to maximize cross functional integration for operational efficiency, knowledge sharing, consistent SOV, high-performing teams & individuals. *Utilize proven processes to develop annual strategic/tactical plans, launch/line extension plans, & fully integrated med comm platforms, including publications, CME & congress exhibit campaigns.*Establish systems/processes to gather, collate & analyze omni-channel insights to identify medical needs, knowledge gaps, & product differentiation opportunities.*Deliver expert medical review/validation of promotional materials, marketing concepts, claims & key messages, med info responses, slides, publications & other Med Affairs deliverables. *Establish/review key Med Affairs policies/procedures, in compliance with health authority & relevant scientific society guidelines.*Develop/review of deliverables such as publications, slides, congress abstracts, posters, white papers, managed care dossiers, disease education materials for patients/HCPs, and ad board summaries. *Create/deliver medical/scientific training, managed care account support, & any other med affairs needs
