Starting his career in 2006, he has been a producer, sales manager, business owner, CEO, Agency President, and and most importantly, a strategic partner of many businesses in the MidAtlantic. He has experience dealing with multiple insurance strategies, including guaranteed cost, loss sensitive and captive insurance programs, for organizations and businesses across most industries. In 2021, John and his firm, BHI, joined the AssuredPartners network of agencies. Prior to the acquisition by AP, BHI had doubled its revenue under John's leadership and become a full-service insurance brokerage and consulting firm. Under John's leadership, BHI landed it on the INC. 5000 and was recognized as a Marvin S. Gillman Superstars in Business award winner. John was also honored by the Delaware Business Times as one of their 40 Under 40 Leaders. DBT presents this award to “role models who are striving to make a difference in our community.”
