Provide reference and reader’s advisory services, using print and electronic sources. Provide adult programming, particularly in the practical use of the Web and other electronic databases. Lead film discussion group. Bibliographic instruction in print and electronic mediums. Develop non-fiction and CD-ROM collection. Supervise pages and volunteers working in Adult Services. Maintain and develop Adult Services pages on library Web site. Create and stock themed book displays and bibliographies. Schedule use of library display areas for outside organizations and individuals.

Lead and coordinate the Library Web Team in developing and maintaining the Tempe Public Library website (http://www.tempe.gov/library/) and in planning, promoting, and providing regular classes for staff and patrons of the library in the effective use of the Web and electronic reference resources. Answer reference questions, using print and electronic sources. Provide adult programming, particularly in the fields of business, genealogy, and the practical use of Internet and other electronic databases. Create and stock themed book displays and bibliographies. Bibliographic instruction in print and electronic mediums. Assist in development of adult and young adult reference and circulating collections of all media. Supervise Adult Services volunteers. Help develop, explain and enforce policies.

Supervise all adult volunteers, working directly with those assigned to Adult Services Department. Original and copy cataloging of books, videos, CDs and audiocassettes; entering cataloged items into Suburban Library System databases; assist in maintaining card catalog. Explain and enforce policies.
