Director responsible for expanding the business by supporting new and existing customers who require finance for growth or working capital; and/or to support acquisitions and buy-outs. I am also the Regional Sector Lead for the Bank's Professional Practices sector and have recently led a project to develop Yorkshire Bank's Partner Facility designed to assist Partners of LLP's invest capital into their firms.My deal activity in club based lending includes:- Croda International PLC - Senior lender in the £400m club refinance- Lookers PLC - Senior lender alongside 4 other banks in the £140m refinance, and later increased in to assist Lookers with their Acquisition of Benfield.- Cranswick PLC - Senior lender in the £120m refinance provided alongside 2 other banks.- Keller Group PLC - Senior lender in the £250m club refinance.- Severfield PLC - Senior lender in the £25m refinance provided alongside 1 other bank.I also have strong experience in the provision of bilateral facilities to Mid-Market and SME businesses, with particular experience in understanding and dealing with more complex requirements. Bilateral transactions include (please see published article for more details):- Kings security solutions - Multi-million pound funding package to the UK's largest independent security services company- Northern Bear - Refresh and extension of multi-million pound bank facilities to the provider of specialist building and support services.- Paladin Heritage - Facilities provided to assist with the MBO of a supplier of cast iron radiators across the UK.- Kingstown Works - Funding to assist with the purchase of 14 state-of-the-art refuse collection vehicles.- GeoSLAM - £4m funding to assist with growth of the global 3D mapping and monitoring technology specialist- Cross-Guard - Multi-million funding to assist with the MBO of a supplier of security and energy efficiency solutions to the IT sector
