Current- Promoted to add Housekeeping Services to previous Transportation Services responsibilities with a focus on guest service at one of the premier hotel, gaming, shopping and entertainment destinations in the Northeast.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the Housekeeping team of 38 supervisory and management staff with 210 front-line team members, in addition to the Transportation team of 8 management staff with 125.
- Oversee overall guest service, training, scheduling and performance management for successful day-to-day operations of the two departments at a resort/casino property with 1,100 rooms, 25 private villas, a 5,000 seat.
- Coordinated the two-year, ~$28 million complete renovation of the 800-room Grand Pequot Tower in 2013, including the gut rehab of all guest rooms which resulted in maintaining the AAA Four-Diamond status for lodging.
- Prepare financial budgets, manage monthly P&L analysis, and coordinate all CAPEX project submittals.
- Awarded the highest service score in the entire company for the valet parking operations.
