• Lead Adchemy’s Core Technology function. Responsibilities include:
• Responsible for building tools to increase efficiency for R&D operations.
• Launched front end feature to allow data modelers to update model versions themselves thus greatly reducing their dependence on engineering for model refreshes.
• Platform data management. Designed and built system for platform applications to add and leveragesystem data for ad conversion lift. System was used for over 500 million impression decisions daily.
• Optimization and estimation. Provided functionality for the research team to build and deploy proprietarystatistical models for determining the best presentation of marketing assets.

• Sole ownership of product support for internal broker-dealer operations and business drivers. These responsibilities included:
• Account application conversion. Launched features that increased account conversion by over 25%.
• Account funding rate. Increased funding rate to over 55%. This was a 30% improvement over previous funding rates.
• Customer contact rate. Launched several consumer features over the year to bring overall contact rate down to 3% from over 7%.
• Took ownership of Zecco's CSAT survey and evaluated results. Used findings to incorporate new features into the Ops product roadmap as well as operational improvements
