CurrentWe focus on developing an efficient and effective workforce, the purpose of which is to create a more profitable organisation. To this end, we work with the individual firstly, as a individual, secondly as a member of a team or group and thirdly as a member of an organisation. At any time, one or more of these perspectives may need to be addressed. The individual may be demotivated because they do not find the work they are doing filling or because they have a conflict with a work colleague or because they are suffering from stress. The team might not be performing because of the different personalities in the team and because the team have not learnt how to harness this diversity. Individuals might be unhappy at work because of what they perceive as a lack of communication from the senior manangement. We work with organistions to address these if they occur. However, we would prefer to work with companies to ensure that the issues mentioned above do not arise in the first place. It is certainly the case that 'prevention is better than cure.'
