    Responsible for character art direction on Hunt: Horrors of the Guilded Age. Provided feedback, critique and pipeline training for an internal team of 5 full time artists and 2 external. Worked with Key team members to develop visual style and language for all characters in game in regard to color, theme and silhouette. Designed the randomization and customization systems for all characters in game. Taught art team about switching over to Physically Based Rendering when creating assets and provided crucial feedback on it’s implementation in CryEngine.
