Responsible for MBHI's Investor Relations program - frequent communication with retail and institutional shareholders and research analysts, coordination with Nasdaq and SEC, drafting and issuing of press releases and investor presentations, liaison to the treasury and regulatory agencies, as well as continuing to assist on various other special assignments for the board of directors and CEO. Served as Vice President of Special Projects since joining the company in 2006 - actively involved in the analysis and valuation of strategic transactions and capital planning and structuring, and various other special assignments for the CEO and board.

Involved in numerous capital raising, valuation and M&A assignments. Significant transactions include: August 2005, $72 million capital raise and July 2006, $130 million acquisition of Royal American Bank for Midwest Banc. Holdings, Inc.
