• Planned and executed 3 major desktop rollouts to admin network and 2 major back office conversions.
• Played a central role in the opening of a new company site in Parsippany, NJ (May ’00), including soliciting, evaluating and awarding bids for all outside contractors.

• In addition to assuming responsibility for all company IT related issues, also directed the company’s 22 member Training Department, overseeing the Desktop Applications Training Manager and directly managing the.
