Direct all sales activities for the US Research Sales division selling HyClone cell culture products to biotech and academic clients as well as to governmental research agencies. Implemented a new sales team and strategy to turn around a stagnated selling organization. Specific responsibilities include achieving sales and GM targets, coaching direct sales teams partnered with distribution sales channels, expense budgeting, forecasting, pipeline and sales cycle management, running regional and national sales meetings, and coordinating with marketing for new go to market strategies.
