As a Research Assistant, I contribute to a two-year FAA Aviation Workforce Development Grant project focused on developing an innovative aviation education pathway. The grant supports a teacher training model in partnership with in-state high schools. This program prepares the next generation of crewed and uncrewed aircraft pilots through experiential learning, incorporating AI-driven flight training and simulation technologies. I assist with the development of accessible, low-cost aviation curricula designed to engage students, teachers, and parents in aviation career pathways

As a Resident Advisor, I managed a diverse community of students, focusing on fostering a positive, inclusive environment. I served as a peer mentor, providing support in areas such as conflict resolution, academic success, and personal well-being. My role involved coordinating and executing events that promote community engagement, enforcing safety protocols, and responding to crises in a calm and effective manner. Through this position, I’ve developed strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with experience in crisis management and mediation.
