Managed the US Military assistance to peace keeping operations transition from the African Union to the United Nations. Served as the Intelligence Director and advisor to a French 2-Star General Officer commanding the U.N. military operations.Designed, established, and directed the military intelligence division of United Nations Central African Republic Peace Keeping Operation (MINUSCA); resulted in a multi-national analytic division integrated with civilian U.N. agencies, Non-governmental Organizations, and 2 separate foreign military missions consisting of soldiers from over 6 different nations.Served as the Chief Intelligence advisor to the U.S. State Department Regional Security Officer assisting the re-establishment of the U.S. Embassy in Bangui after having closed operations one year prior.

Led a team of 46 analysts providing accurate and timely analysis to directly support decision making for the Chief Executive Officer of US Army Europe through regular briefings and distributed products.Led daily intelligence briefings to U.S. Army Europe Director of Intelligence and Director of Operations. Led monthly briefings to the Chief Executive Officer of US Army Europe on various security topics. Managed the completion of analytic requirements of over 20 separate customers.

Directed Operations for a 300-member intelligence collection unit directing daily operations across 4 different functional collection areas located in 4 different European Countries.Scheduled the training and deployment of 30% of the organization’s Counter Intelligence Agents to Afghanistan and courses of action for risk mitigation within Europe resulting in a 90% reduction of insider threats in Afghanistan and 100% risk mitigation within the organization’s area of responsibility.Handled the planning effort during organizational restructuring providing courses of action for achieving strategic end state for Counter Intelligence coverage across Europe; resulted in the reduction of required facilities footprint without degradation of coverage.Drafted the yearly training strategy, quarterly training guidance, and oversaw the quarterly training assessments of four functions subordinate divisions and directly developed and executed the training of the Battalion functional staff.Directed the operations of 12 Counter Intelligence Field Offices located in 4 European Countries. Directed the deployment of over 100 intelligence collection soldiers to various contingency operations covering three continents.

Macdill Afb, Florida

Directed a staff of 13 individuals split between Tampa, FL and Doha, Qatar overseeing three functional areas of intelligence collection throughout multiple countries as well as overseeing a geographically displaced intelligence watch center producing 24/7 emergency operations. Planned and executed a major training exercise focusing on emergency operations synchronizing intelligence operations within the SOCCENT executive staff.

Macdill Afb, Florida

Aug 2008 - May 2010Director, Technology Initiatives Division, Special Operations Command Central (SOCCENT) Intelligence DirectorateManaged, resourced, and delivered technology solutions to wartime requirements generated from 2 General Officer Special Operations Commands, 2 Special Operations Multinational Task Forces, and 6 subordinate Special Operations Task Forces spanning 6 foreign countries around the world. Regularly interacted with the acquisitions functions within two higher headquarters located in Tampa as well as one Headquarters in North Carolina. Served as the personal intelligence technical advisor to the SOCCENT Executive Vice President.Planned and established the newly formed Intelligence Technology Initiatives Division filling the need to identify and acquire state of the art capabilities to support special operations forces engaged in combat throughout the world. identified, resourced, and delivered 12 cutting edge capabilities identified by the Chief Executive Officer as making significant impacts on intelligence within the organization.Led the organizational effort to resource and deliver $80 million of UAV systems from the USA to Iraq and Afghanistan. Responsible for coordination with Department of the Navy in Washington DC, Navy elements in San Diegeo, CA, Special Operations Command, and the two headquarter elements in Iraq and Afghanistan. This initiative improved UAV capability in both locations by 150%. Led the resourcing and deployment of a $5 million intelligence computer architecture linking special operations intelligence with larger intelligence database systems allowing reach-back capabilities from 3 different countries back to the USA.
