The show, titled MNJIKANING: MAPPING THE LIFE OF THE GAUDAURS exhibited (April to September 2019). • Produced a two day Gaudaur-Shilling Family Reunion in July that I planned and hosted within a short, 6 week time frame at the Stephen Leacock Museum and National Historic Site. This event broadened the historical reconciliation of Orillia’s Indigenous settler family, by presenting the family’s historical contributions to Canada. • Concurrently, I co-produced a documentary film with Rogers Community Television that was released in September 2019, titled An Orillia Story (https://rogerstv.com/media?lid=237&rid=74&gid=318965 ). • Developed partnerships with my Metis and First Nations relations and the community. • Won support from the Chippewas of Rama Band Council, the City of Orillia, Rogers Community Television, the Georgian Bay Metis Council, and the Stephen Leacock Museum and National Historic Site.
