We have also been involved in Projects in Nigeria, Canada, Argentina, and in various areas of the Caribbean.I am the Managing Director responsible for all day to day aspects of the business from general administration and business development through to all technical matters,

La Perla International was a major local and international developer. As Projects Director with a 15 strong team of Architects, Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers under me.I had complete responsibility and overall control of the design, conceptual input, project feasibility, project management and construction of all their developments in Spain I was also involved in the feasibility studies and initial design input for their overseas project in Antigua.

IMSL, was a Project Management and Development Company specializing in supplying quality project management solutions for top quality villas and apartment complexes as well as commercial projects. I was responsible for all aspects of Technical operations. During this time we started our own Construction arm and developed our own project Pueblo de Las Brisas in Nueva Andalucia, Marbella, a gated complex of 30 apartments, for which I was 100% responsible for the design, construction and marketing. We also undertook major restaurant and fit out works.

A medium sized local Construction Company specializing in top of the range properties. During my time with them I expanded the business from large private luxury villas and acquired a large UK and international institutional client base such as Norwest Holst, Costains, Stakis Hotels and Sheraton and changed the focus of the business to expand into the commercial, leisure and industrial fields for these international clients taking in major hotel reforms and fit outs, offices, banks and commercial buildings

I was recruited to work in Spain as Project Manager on two large residential projects, Jardines de las Golondrinas for a large Hotel group and Atalaya de Rio Verde both located in Marbella.

The overseas subsidiary of Tarmac Construction where I worked as Planning and Logistic Engineer on a multimillion dollar development of back up facilities for F15 fighter planes for the Royal Saudi Air force in Taif under the control of the US Corps of Engineers,

I worked as a Planning Engineer on a 1.8 billion pound project of residential and defence installations including large infrastructure projects for the Royal Saudi Air force and later as Logistical Coordinator.
