30Th Reconnaissance Squadron / 44Th Reconnaissance Squadron

Hand selected to support only RQ-170 Low Observable RPA unit. Provided operational mission intelligence support to 123 aircrew & support personnel while coordinating with multiple national level agencies on a weekly basis. Performed detailed mission planning, target analysis, and critical threat assessments for sensitive missions. Managed unit intelligence tactics & training program, and conducted specialized threat and target analysis academic training. Additionally, managed unit resiliency program. Developed material and taught resiliency fundamentals and tools to unit members in order to bolster personal wellbeing and professional efficiency in high stress environments/situations.

432D Operations Support Squadron

Led cadre of eight permanent and 29 guest instructors while managing and executing curriculum for the MQ-1B/MQ-9 Intelligence Initial Qualification Course (IIQC), graduating 220 students annually to 12 conventional, special operations, Air Force Reserve (AFRC), and Air National Guard (ANG) units. Headed instructor certification boards to ensure instructor cadre maintained highest standards. Following syllabus re-write, managed scripting of 80 training hours, completing project 70% ahead of deadline. Orchestrated joint service exercise scenarios, coordinated threat training tours, and planned cadre liaison visits to partner units. Additionally, organized and oversaw periodic professional development seminars for cadre to promote progressive growth.

17Th Reconnaissance Squadron

Fused all-source intelligence to provide direct mission support to only dual MQ-1B/MQ-9 unit dedicated to hunting down national level counterterrorism high value targets. Constructed collateral damage estimates to facilitate time sensitive targeting operations. Became subject matter expert on personnel, organizations, enemy tactics/countertactics, and operating procedures in order to aid in development of RPA tactics, techniques, and procedures specific to hunting down high value targets. Taught enemy and threat tactics to aircrew in addition to routine mission briefs. Selected to represent unit as liaison to a joint interagency task force. Additionally, led four subordinates while establishing and enforcing revitalized training standards for all intelligence members within the unit.

Combined Air & Space Operations Center / Kandahar Ab, Afghanistan

Combined Air & Space Operations Center, Qatar - Reviewed and analyzed all aircraft mission reports and weapon system videos spanning three geographic Areas of Responsibility in order to analyze and disseminate strategic threat to air operation assessments to operators within them as well as the greater intelligence community. Provided immediate air threat calls to operators involved in Troops In Contact or Personnel Recovery operations. Additionally, provided intelligence support to stand-up CAOC first-ever counter Improvised Explosive Device (C-IED) cell. Analyzed weapon system videos to document possible IED locations and disseminated to appropriate customers to investigate.42ERS, Kandahar AB, Afghanistan - Selected to be first intelligence member to be deployed to support MQ-1B/MQ-9 Line of Sight (LOS) operations. Utilized expertise and communication skills to "sell" MQ-1B/MQ-9 capabilities to entities on base. Became sole liaison for RPA element to Canadian, United Kingdom, Air Force Office of Special Investigations, and joint service organizations. Developed target prosecution plans based on "customer" needs, directed aircrews over-the-shoulder in order to fulfill requirements, performed real-time exploitation, and relayed information back to appropriate members. Accomplishments include enemies eliminated following rocket attacks against the base, high value individual detained, two narcotic facilities destroyed, force protection provided to convoys.

15Th Reconnaissance Squadron / 17Th Reconnaissance Squadron

Provided tactical intelligence support to 140 RQ-1/MQ-1 aircrew. Conducted intelligence preparation of the battlespace through preparation and presentation of pre-mission, threat, threat scenario, threat recognition, current intelligence and pre-deployment briefings. Conducted mission planning, en-route and target area threat analysis. Researched and collated adversarial offensive and defensive military capabilities. Coordinated pre-planned and adhoc taskings with strategic, operational, and tactical users. Directly supported missions by communicating with "customers" real time and directing aircrews to accomplish requirements while also relaying intelligence to mitigate threats. Due to recognized abilities, selected in first team to operate Multi-Aircraft Control station.

22D Operations Support Squadron

Conducted both internal intelligence upgrade training and external aircrew threat and survival training. Briefed commander and leadership staff on matters pertaining to foreign political, military, and technological situations.
