After spending 15 plus years in marketing and sales roles, John then converted this vast experience into a sucessful independent consulting business where he helped others to develop and improve sales, marketing and quality processes. He was then recruited into creating and developing the Competitive Excellence department which used Lean and Six Sigma tools and principles to improve all aspects of business processes.Now organizational changes have provided him with the opportunity to take this varied skill set and experience to his new role as Business Integrator. This role requires the ability to understand the limits of current solutions and appreciate the business needs/gaps to envision better solutions that enable the business to achieve its goals.
