Heidelberg Digital LLC was a startup US company created by Heidelberger Druckmaschinen's purchase of the former Kodak Office Imaging/Copy Products Division.In this role, we functioned as a largely autonomous unit, and had to create many of the functions previously supplied by a large corporation. Many start-up and entrepreneur activities were involved. I was responsible for setting up an in-house Metrology function, supplier and quality initiatives, and new staffing hires.
