After graduating from Florida Southern College in 2006 with a B.A. and major in marketing, he began his tenure with Lumea Staffing. Working with Lumea, John Milton worked with businesses of all sizes to develop and implement numerous staffing programs across Central Florida. He was active in developing and implementing new growth strategies, identifying key target markets and market potential, and carried out numerous government contracts. In 2007, John Milton was part of a team that penetrated and grew two new key markets in Central Florida; Lakeland and St. Petersburg. In 2007, John Milton was top sales performer in the country. In June of 2009, John Milton began his tenure with ADP as an associate district manager in New Port Richey, FL. He is currently concentrating on helping small business owners reach their full potential through the many benefits provided by ADP's industry leading payroll solution.
