Led development of plans, policies and standards for operational training programs supporting Headquarters Air Force, Joint Chiefs of Staff, and United States Special Operations Command requirements. Led 17 member branch and 67 member division during director's absences. * Managed $370 Million formal and operational training programs for CV-22, MH-53M, UH-1N, MI-17, AC-130H/U, MC-130E/H/J/P/W, MQ-1/9, PC-12, U-28A, M-28. * Directed $344 Million flying hour budget for 39 worldwide units. * Subject Matter Expert for all AFSOC rotary wing flight and simulator training providing technical guidance and real world experience to AFSOC, Air Education and Training Command, and Naval Air System Command.Deployed Director of Operations - Led air mobility division of 485 personnel, 11 detachments, 27 aircraft at 8 locations during 24/7 operations. Oversaw $4.7 Million equipment account and 35,000 hours of unmanned ISR collection operations.

Advised Commander and implemented flight, ground and weapons safety policies/procedures for an group of over 1,000 personnel comprising 3 flying squadrons (18 aircraft), special tactics, maintenance and support organizations executing 6,700 flying hours annually. Oversaw and mentored subordinate safety organization staffs - garnered 7 Major Command safety awards. Named Air Force Special Operations Command Primary Duty Safety Officer of the Year 2005.Led squadron's current operations and scheduling flight. Managed $15.7 million 2,600-hour flying training program. Commanded MH-53M helicopter and crew of 6.
