I regularly advise on lettings, negotiating both short-term and full repairing and insuring leases, management/service charge structures in developments, VAT and other tax issues. In the area of real estate finance, I advise lending institutions and borrowers on the property aspects of banking transactions and security requirements in facility letters as well as advising on the enforcement of property security including the appointment of receivers and liquidators.
