CurrentAt this pinnacle in my career, I’ve decided to move out of the energy sector and challenge myself in new industries and larger companies. By moving to LHC Group with ~30,000 employees, I am now leveraging my proven skills to make a difference in an industry that makes a difference. Selected Accomplishments:• Changed our mobile device procurement, rollout and management model which is now saving the company millions of dollars per year.• Successfully completed the rollout of Azure landing zone and VDI environment in a 30 days, jump starting the companies first cloud infrastructure efforts which we continue to build upon.• Successfully rolled out O365 and OneDrive to >20,000 employees across the US.• Developed Strategic Initiative to address core issue in the IT department, employee retention. This plan included Employee Development Plan, Mentorship Plans, Training Programs (aka LHC University) as well as a new approach to the customer support model rolling out in Q2 of 2022.• Taken Leadership roles in other areas outside my infrastructure responsibilities to positively influence other areas guiding ongoing improvements throughout IT.• Ongoing development of Strategic Partnerships with the business resulting in multiple process improvements in multiple groups including RevCycle, LTAC, Customer Connections and Accounting. • Lead a stabilization effort for server infrastructure resulting in server incidents declining from weekly major incidents to now only needing standard patch/maintenance routines.• Rolling out new implementation of Service Now while leading my teams into ITIL processes across all of my departments.• Key stakeholder in the review/rationalization of our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system for both our Hospice and Palliative divisions.
