I have a deep interest in sustainable development and post-conflict state reconstruction. I hold a Master of Arts in Diplomacy and International Relations, during the course of which I completed specializations in international organizations as well as in global negotiation and conflict management, with significant research on international security. from the Seton Hall School of Diplomacy and International Relations, as well as a BA in Anthropology from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst. I have published articles on social policy impact, organizational effectiveness, and international finance policy.I am interested in opportunities that match well with my own commitments to minimizing unforeseen negative consequences of development initiatives, to capacity building in developing areas, helping post conflict zones rebuild effective institutions, and to finding evidenced based solutions to humanitarian crisis.At my core I am a problem solver and am at my happiest when trying to come up with interesting ways to solve complex problems. Working with a team focused on finding creative solutions to issues hindering development in the global south or those preventing the resolution of protracted conflicts is my current professional goal.My current core interests include: international development, program design, program evaluation, post conflict reconstruction, research, policy design, policy evaluation, human rights, humanitarian aid, international negotiation, transitional justice, global public health, and issues pertaining to the rule of law.
