 Adapted during managerial rotation and employee turnover period in 2019, ensured core store responsibilities in sales and customer service is properly maintained despite being short-staffed by 3 associates.  Handled aggressive customers with assertiveness and empathy, resulted in several instances of de-escalation  Went above and beyond customer service standards by understanding customer technical issues, and troubleshooting a variety of issues, including, network connectivity, data transfer, account support. Especially in the nuance in phone data transfer, from iOS to Android, iOS to iOS, Android to Android etc. Apple ID reset, and Google Account reset.  Communicated with customers despite language barriers, by empathetic listening and taking body language cues and cross-checking account information. This was done through a multi-step process of communicating and informing the customers of the steps that was being taken to activate the service on their device. Especially true in informing data usage, and first months’ cost of the service that they are looking for.

I was elected as the Local Committee President for the 2020 term representing AIESEC in Mount Royal University. My role was to increased the relevancy of AIESEC to the student body of MRU, and I also led a team of 4 executives during the term.  Led through COVID-19, by executive decision to halt all physical gathering activities, and global exchange opportunities in early March before the global lockdown. Resulted in zero exchange participants abroad Led and developed an executive committee of 4 VPs, planned and executed quarterly recruitment plan, biweekly meetings focused on youth related topics and challenges, resulted in increased membership size by 400% Strategize organizational position by contextualizing market environment in Mount Royal University in students, faculty, and departments. Resulted in successful organizational growth and direction in the following 2021 year. Which ensured leadership sustainability within the organization. Resulted in 100% VP retention rate and 0 turnover for the following 2021 term Reengaged members of the advisory board by hosting one on one feedback sessions. Implemented the necessary changes in timely quarterly meetings with the proper agenda and information. Resulted in further board advisory involvement and sustained organizational sustainability. In summary we accomplished the following items:•Within in one semester we increased our membership base to 28 from 5•Hosted Biweekly virtual events on topics of youth leadership, career development, and brought in relevant industry professionals and faculty departmental staff •Retained 100% of the leadership team for the 2021 term•Adapted in person activities to virtual activities due to COVID 19•Facilitated a session and released a internal statement on Black Lives Matter to the membership•Attended 3 virtual conferences, and 3 case competition•Hosted Quarterly board meetings to our Advisors

Analyzed year over year trends by using Salesforce and EXPA (proprietary CRM tool) to check, and contact potential students before the peak period for exchange. Resulted beating pervious year’s result by 300%
