Director Of Special Programs
CurrentServe as a liaison across all three divisions of the company, working to maintain, improve and expand new and existing client and trade partner relationships. Work with Senior Leadership Team, and am responsible for the development, estimating, sales and successful management of projects for program clients as required, while serving in an oversight position for several of the company’s other administrative functions, including:- External communications, including company websites, social media platforms and company newsletter- Marketing initiatives, local sponsorships, local service involvement, and awards identifications and submissions - Provide Continuing Education instruction as needed- In-house and project-specific environmental sustainability efforts- Identifying, growing and administering the company’s Internship Program - Providing guidance as part of the select new-hire mentoring program- Direct management of assigned team membersSuccessfully manage projects using high levels of attention to detail, focus on quality control, and providing excellent customer service using skills and abilities, including:- Critical thinking - Problem solving - Organization, planning, and prioritization- Active learning - Communication and interpersonal relationship development
