Post Legal represents clients in a variety of labor and employment law matters. We have substantial experience counseling clients on all aspects of labor and employment law, including wage and hour compliance, statutorily governed leaves, disability accommodations, wrongful discharge, traditional labor law, discrimination, and sexual harassment.Our litigation experience includes representing clients in single plaintiff lawsuits, arbitrations, and class actions. We also have extensive experience in mediation, negotiating settlement agreements, and handling class action litigation, including class-wide discovery, notice to class members, and settlement administration.We have represented clients before the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, the Federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the National Labor Relations Board in hearings and investigations.

 Provide Legal Advice to Clients o Provide legal advice to in-house counsel, managers, or human resource specialists o Create, review, and revise employee handbooks and policy manuals o Prepare executive compensation agreements and severance packages  Litigate Single Plaintiff and Class Action Cases o Investigate and respond to charges before the DOL, DFEH, DLSE, EEOC, and NLRB o Conduct discovery, prepare briefs, argue motions, and negotiate settlements o Manage all aspects of trial for discrimination, unlawful discharge, improper classification, meal and rest period violations, off-the-clock claims, and failure to reimburse expenses  Advise Clients on Labor Issues o Negotiate with unions regarding contract issues and attend bargaining sessions o Prosecute and defend unfair labor practice charges on behalf of clients o Provide union avoidance counseling to clients
