We have substantial experience counseling clients on all aspects of labor and employment law, including wage and hour compliance, statutorily governed leaves, disability accommodations, wrongful discharge, traditional labor law, discrimination, and sexual harassment.Our litigation experience includes representing clients in single plaintiff lawsuits, arbitrations, and class actions. We also have extensive experience in mediation, negotiating settlement agreements, and handling class action litigation, including class-wide discovery, notice to class members, and settlement administration.We have represented clients before the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, the Federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the National Labor Relations Board in hearings and investigations.
