Nexus NeuroTech Ventures is dedicated to advancing breakthrough technologies for brain disorders, including medical devices, software, diagnostics, technology-enabled care services, and research tools. Our Incubator Program includes a Seed Fund with checks typically up to $2 million with graduation and transition flow to follow-on funding from our main fund. Our main funds target larger investments starting with Series A and beyond. Our incubator was established to further Nexus’ mission by investing in promising, early-stage medtech and neurotech innovations. Similar to our main funds, the incubator program will focus on opportunities in Parkinson’s disease (PD), autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and bipolar disorder (BPD), along with cross-cutting clinical areas such as seizures (common in ASD and elevated risk in PD), cognitive dysfunction (common in PD, ASD, and BPD), and mood disorders (common across ASD, PD, and BPD). The Nexus Incubator Program aims to bridge the funding gap that exists between technologies with promising initial data and strong science but not yet sufficiently de-risked for traditional venture capital investment. We leverage the resources and expertise within the Nexus ecosystem to accelerate the development of these high-impact innovations and increase their probability of success.
