Full P&L responsibility for $160M aerospace division of Transdigm, comprised of 400 employees spread across 3 distinct operating sites including one in Europe. Lead all aspects of the business from sales, engineering, manufacturing, finance/accounting, and IT, focusing on sustainable business value creation.

Lead a $120M aerospace multi-site manufacturing operation focused on proprietary mechanical and electro-mechanical components and systems for commercial, biz jet, and military markets. Functional responsibilities include: production management, planning/forecasting, purchasing, manufacturing engineering, facilities, HS&E, warehouse, logistics, and new product introduction. Report to President.

Led various aerospace supply chain, maintenance, repair, and assembly organizations (MRO), $300M spend authority and 700 personnel with global operations -U.S., Asia, Africa, Europe. Served included numerous active duty and reserve tours in global operations environments.

Spearhead the operational transformation of global multi-site manufacturing footprint and supporting supply chains. Lead development and deployment of worldwide organizational change management process. Serve as deputy operating board member to Division CEO.-Developed vision 2015 plan for broad manufacturing transformation to include site consolidation, centers of excellence (COE) establishment, in-sourcing, outsourcing & make versus buy strategy-Executive sponsor of global SAP ERP implementation project spanning 10 operational sites enabling increased business process integration and establishment of shared services-Champion numerous business improvement initiatives across 10 manufacturing sites to deliver year-over-year 3-5% gross margin improvement and 10-15% net inventory reduction

Responsible for the strategy and execution of Endevco-Meggitt integrated Supply Chain. Lead customer service, materials management, purchasing, operations planning, inventory management, inbound/outbound logistics, and supplier management . Additionally serve as executive sponsor on global sourcing council to develop and implement worldwide supply chain strategy across 36 operating companies spread throughout North America, Europe, and Asia.

Provide strategy consulting services to Fortune 500 clients & develop new business opportunities. Emphasis on supply chain network optimization, distribution automation, and RFID solutions.

Responsible for development and execution of supply chain strategy for $1B fabless semiconductor firm. Supported overall business objectives, to include revenue, margin, quality and customer responsiveness goals. Managed order fulfillment cycle, supplier relationships, inventory control, and new product launches.

Developed and implemented strategic, customer-focused supply chain solutions to enable improved delivery performance, reductions in order-to-ship cycle, efficient inventory management, and world-class delivery quality.
