Supported all technical Commercial Operations activities regarding eBusiness in the Americas.My responsibilities included managing strategy, tactics and personnel to achieve business goals in the eBusiness/eCommerce area which included key revenue generating B2B sites VaccineShoppe.com and VaxServe.com as well as 50+ other Sanofi Pasteur brand, initiative and product web properties.

Managed strategy, development and launch of first generation B2B eCommerce site for VaxServe, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sanofi Pasteur specializing in distribution of vaccines and related services. Created site information architecture, drove user interface design and produced all site requirements. Within three years of launch, VaxServe.com was already generating over 50% of VaxServe's annual revenue creating ordering, inventory and distribution efficiencies.
