I’m an attorney & mediator with over 30 years of experience and I am a professor of Law and Ethics at Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson College of Business and School of Law. I’m also the Associate Director of the Maurice R. Greenberg School of Risk Science, and the Associate Director of the Business School’s Center for the Economic Analysis of Risk – a research center dedicated to the study of risk.
